Cancellation Policy

At The Vulval Clinic, we are committed to helping as many women as possible and we hope you understand that in order to do this we must operate a cancellation policy.

We appreciate that sometimes appointments need to be unexpectedly cancelled or rearranged. If you do not attend an appointment it means that another patient cannot be helped. We therefore politely ask that you give us as much notice as possible when changing appointments. We are happy to amend bookings up to 2 working days before your appointment without incurring a cost. When less than 2 days notice is given the full consultation cost will apply.
